About the role

  • Own inbox triage and stakeholder communication to protect executive focus time
  • Maintain meeting cadence and ensure decisions and next steps are documented
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting logistics, and travel coordination (as needed)
  • Maintain confidential records, contracts, and correspondence in shared systems
  • Coordinate candidate and client interviews with discretion and precision
  • Support process improvements for scheduling, document control, and executive workflows
  • Prepare agendas, briefing packs, and follow-up notes with clear action tracking

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting senior leaders, ideally in consulting, professional services, or recruitment
  • Advanced calendar management and executive-level coordination capability
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and executive document formatting standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
  • High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
  • Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management.
