• Capturing and editing high-quality video content for use both internally and externally to enhance appeal and awareness for Rebellion’s products.
• Creating motion graphics to be used for promotional material.
• Ensuring each video asset is fit for purpose for the target audience and channel, in line with briefings and delivery schedules from the Marketing team.
• Collaborating closely with key internal development stakeholders with each function to create best outcomes, within given restraints and guidelines. Specifically, these include Marketing, Art, Designers, Programmers, Outsourcing and Producers.
• Collaborating closely with team members in the Video Editing department as well as Producers to solicit feedback and ensure that the direction of work aligns with the initial briefs.
• Utilising specialist video tools and tactics to convert video for in-game.
• Tracking and updating the progress of day-to-day tasks using the designated tracking tools.
• Actively seeking innovative ways to engage a targeted audience to heighten awareness and sales potential for Rebellion’s games.

Events

• - Develop and execute events strategy aligned with company and product goals, from announcement to launch and beyond.
• - Lead the event planning of launches, showcases, fan festivals, press briefings, and community events.
• - Manage logistics such as venue selection, staging, agency coordination, equipment, travel, and staffing according to internal team objectives.
• - Create engaging experiences that celebrate our games and connect with the community.
• - Collaborate with marketing, PR, and community teams to promote events across various channels.
• - Facilitate fan interactions, meet-and-greets, and community activities.
• - Build strong relationships with external partners including publishers, platform holders, media, and sponsors.
• - Act as the lead during events, ensuring seamless operations and issue resolution in real time.
• - Integrate digital elements (livestreams, broadcasts, virtual meet-ups) to extend audience reach.
• - Manage event budgets, track spending, and ensure cost-effective delivery.

• Work directly with influencers, brands, and agency partners to manage deals, ensure deliverables are met, and maintain client relationships.
• Handle inbound brand deal opportunities, work with influencers for the fulfilment of large campaigns.
• Play a key role in keeping our creators and clients happy.
• Oversee small influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Assist with the fulfilment and influencer management of larger influencer marketing campaigns.
• Maintain clear communication between influencers, brands, and internal teams throughout each campaign.

• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep campaigns running smoothly.

• Build and manage sales pipelines to recruit YouTube talent
• Conduct cold outreach, email campaigns, referrals, networking to connect creators to Blackshore
• Support negotiations, develop proposals, and establish talent management partnerships

QA Engineer

• Join Rebellion, a UK independent developer and publisher (Sniper Elite, Zombie Army, Atomfall)
• QA Analyst responsible for testing games and applications across multiple platforms per test plans
• Produce succinct, well-documented bug reports with reproduction steps and supporting information
• Create and maintain test cases and test scenarios based on game design and requirements
• Test across consoles, PC and different hardware/configurations to ensure compatibility and performance
• Collaborate with Senior Analysts, Leads, developers and designers to report bugs and provide feedback
• Maintain detailed records of testing activities, test plans and results
• Provide feedback on gameplay mechanics, UI and overall user experience
• Follow established testing methodologies, best practices and quality standards
• Role based in Oxford or Warwick studios with relocation support; hybrid options available
