• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide actionable intelligence to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
• Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HR technology solutions, including HRIS, talent management systems, and other digital tools.
• Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on the use of HR digital tools and systems.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR data governance policies and procedures.
• Support special projects related to HR analytics, system upgrades, and digital initiatives.
• Provide support in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth rollout of new digital solutions.
