About the role
- Central point of contact for our customers after project start
- Analyze customer processes and identify appropriate automation approaches
- Conduct and support strategy and process workshops
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications for the tech team
- Operational implementation of low-code and automation solutions
- Close collaboration with product and development teams
- Provide structured feedback from customers to drive software improvements
- Support customers at project-manager and executive levels
Requirements
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- Enjoy working with people and practicing solution-oriented communication
- Strong understanding of processes and workflows
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and understandably
- Independent, structured way of working
- Understanding of software and system logic
- Experience with or strong interest in low-code and automation tools
- Ability to implement simple technical solutions independently
