About the role

  • Central point of contact for our customers after project start
  • Analyze customer processes and identify appropriate automation approaches
  • Conduct and support strategy and process workshops
  • Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications for the tech team
  • Operational implementation of low-code and automation solutions
  • Close collaboration with product and development teams
  • Provide structured feedback from customers to drive software improvements
  • Support customers at project-manager and executive levels

Requirements

  • Fluent German (written and spoken)
  • Enjoy working with people and practicing solution-oriented communication
  • Strong understanding of processes and workflows
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and understandably
  • Independent, structured way of working
  • Understanding of software and system logic
  • Experience with or strong interest in low-code and automation tools
  • Ability to implement simple technical solutions independently
