About the role

  • You will play a crucial role in driving our business growth across the EMEA region.
  • Pipeline Development: Identify and engage with high-potential accounts within the EMEA region to build a strong sales pipeline.

  • Team Contribution: Share best practices, support team initiatives, and contribute to an open and collaborative culture.

Requirements

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or German is a strong bonus.
  • At least 1-2 years in a business development or sales role, preferably in technology, automation, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads.
  • Experience in sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, or similar frameworks is a bonus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to research and identify key stakeholders and business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent time management.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
