About the role
- You will play a crucial role in driving our business growth across the EMEA region.
- Pipeline Development: Identify and engage with high-potential accounts within the EMEA region to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Strategic Outreach: Execute targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to connect with key stakeholders, leveraging insights to tailor your approach.
- Presenting Solutions: Deliver compelling presentations of our solutions to potential customers, effectively communicating value and aligning with their business needs.
- Qualification: Deeply qualify leads to ensure alignment with business goals and readiness for further sales engagement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential business triggers within your assigned regions.
- Account Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure smooth lead handoffs.
- Performance Tracking: Use tools like Apollo to track outreach activities and measure success.
- Team Contribution: Share best practices, support team initiatives, and contribute to an open and collaborative culture.
Requirements
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or German is a strong bonus.
- At least 1-2 years in a business development or sales role, preferably in technology, automation, or related industries.
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads.
- Experience in sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, or similar frameworks is a bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to research and identify key stakeholders and business opportunities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent time management.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
