About the role
- Reporting to the Customer Technical Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and facilitate knowledge sharing: support the team in creating, structuring, and sharing knowledge in all formats across the different levels of support to facilitate skill development across teams.
- Strengthen the internal and external customer experience: consolidate customer experience by analyzing escalations, measuring support satisfaction, and proposing improvement actions.
- Promote and share the customer experience on dedicated channels (newsletters, dedicated meetings, customer portals…).
- Create and maintain training materials and modules: develop product/solution and process training modules, update existing content, and support their rollout to the teams.
- Contribute to the service’s operational excellence: participate in the continuous improvement of tools and processes, develop and enhance monitoring dashboards, and support the organization of workshops or events that foster collaboration between support levels.
Requirements
- You are currently studying communication, project management, or general engineering.
- You are preparing a degree at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level (equivalent to Bachelor’s to Master’s) and are looking for an apprenticeship.
- You show genuine interest and motivation for customer experience, continuous improvement, and cross-functional communication.
- You are proficient in English in a professional environment.
- You are proficient with Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint) and have basic knowledge of Power BI and Copilot or other AI tools.
- You demonstrate initiative and autonomy and enjoy working in a team.
- Your analytical, organizational, and ability to synthesize information will be key assets for succeeding in this role.
