About the role
- Grow and manage sales within assigned accounts, developing strong relationships across Purchasing, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership.
- Identify and pursue new business with underdeveloped kitchen manufacturers.
- Promote Hafele's full product offering, including functional hardware, kitchen organization, fasteners, and lighting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and dealer networks to ensure aligned efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
- Communicate regularly with Hafele colleagues on dealer feedback, product needs, and market trends.
- Present new product launches and act as knowledgeable resource on Hafele's solutions.
- Participate in team strategy sessions and contribute ideas for growth and improvement.
- Assist in developing "customer specific products"
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University
- Considerations will be made for additional training programs or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Degree of applicable market and product knowledge.
- High degree of comfort in dealing with various level of decision-makers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
