About the role

  • Grow and manage sales within assigned accounts, developing strong relationships across Purchasing, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership.
  • Identify and pursue new business with underdeveloped kitchen manufacturers.
  • Promote Hafele's full product offering, including functional hardware, kitchen organization, fasteners, and lighting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and dealer networks to ensure aligned efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Communicate regularly with Hafele colleagues on dealer feedback, product needs, and market trends.
  • Present new product launches and act as knowledgeable resource on Hafele's solutions.
  • Participate in team strategy sessions and contribute ideas for growth and improvement.
  • Assist in developing "customer specific products"

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University
  • Considerations will be made for additional training programs or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Degree of applicable market and product knowledge.
  • High degree of comfort in dealing with various level of decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
