Lead internal and external training initiatives for SavvyWire Pre-Shaped Pressure Guidewire and OptoWire Pressure Guidewire product lines.
Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations.
Create and maintain training materials including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and quick reference guides.
Manage and optimize online training platforms and LMS; track completion, engagement, and effectiveness.
Provide on-site support during product launches, clinical cases, and distributor onboarding; serve as clinical expert and resource for troubleshooting.
Partner with Sales, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Marketing, and Product Management to align training with business goals.
Support KOL development and physician education programs.
Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to continuously improve training offerings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device training, preferably in cardiovascular or structural heart domains.
Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
Strong understanding of cath lab environments, interventional cardiology procedures, and structural heart interventions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital training tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia content creation.
Willingness to travel (up to 50%) domestically and internationally.
Clinical background preferred (e.g., RN, RT, EP tech); multilingual capabilities are a plus.
Familiarity with SavvyWire and OptoWire technologies or similar guidewire systems.
Must be based in Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, or France.
