About the role
- Plan, schedule and execute all aspects of Haemonetics TEG implementations
- Engage and manage customer Laboratory, IT and clinical resources
- Ensure quality control throughout projects
- Responsible for on-site device setup, configuration, operator training and validation of analyzer
- Provide on-site installation, software and hardware configuration, product support
- Troubleshoot Haemonetics equipment
- Validate analyzers
- Provide operator training for Haemonetics software and devices
- Support analyzer testing and evaluate calibration reagents and QC controls
- Conduct tests using calibrated pipettes in a clinical, laboratory or research setting
- Handle blood samples as it relates to hemostasis and coagulation testing
- Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day project activities
- Communicate progress and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead regular status meetings with project team
- Ensure complete project closure including customer acknowledgment, equipment and materials reconciliation, and transition to Customer Support
- Utilize time, project and support-tracking tools
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner
- Adhere to and follow Haemonetics policies and procedures
- Extensive overnight travel up to 65% as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Preferred Medical Technologist (MT), ASCP
- 4-6 years of experience implementing, using, and supporting laboratory, medical technology or clinical solutions in healthcare
- Demonstrated project management experience
- IT and/or software implementation experience preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience required
