About the role
- Manage relationships with clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing them with excellent service
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and the client, handling any issues or concerns
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to increase revenue and secure new business
- Provide accurate and timely quarterly sales forecasts
- Maintain existing business ensuring accounts remain contractually compliant and incremental business is achieved
- Resolve customer concerns through accurate and timely investigations; develop and implement corrective actions
- Keep up-to-date account data within CRM including contacts and pipeline opportunities
- Effectively target new business through analytical tools and educate customers on products, concepts, & industry trends
- Conduct sales presentations and product evaluations to drive customer conversions
Requirements
- Bachelors of Arts or Science
- 6+ years of experience
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Experienced in negotiation
- Proven ability to build relationships
- Thorough knowledge of medical device market, products, and customers
- Previous Medical Device sales experience preferably calling on Interventional Cardiologists, EPs, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists and administrators in the targeted territory
