• Host weekly live trainings for creators and repurpose recordings into newsletter content.
• Increase adoption of the Skool creator community, ensuring 25%+ of new creators complete a module.
• Run contests and challenges to keep creators posting consistently.
• Support VIPs with coaching, contests, and feedback to maximize performance.
• Monitor dashboards, re-activate inactive creators, and share insights with the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, design, supply chain) to align creator pushes with promotions and inventory.
• Test hooks, coach creators, run live trainings, and build systems to help creators succeed.
• Launch product-specific promotions and scale creator GMV month over month.
• Build and scale a repeatable system to transform new creators into high-performing VIP affiliates.
