About the role

  • To identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options
  • Schedule sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basis
  • Proactively target new customers through cold calling and lead generation campaigns by phone calls and emails
  • Sell security solutions by establishing contact and develop relationships with prospects, recommending solutions
  • To Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Build and create constant pipeline of prospect customers to scope
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Participate in cold calling
  • Develop relationships with prospect customer contacts
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Utilize additional sales resources to target and identify new business targets
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
  • Post to social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Fluency in MS O365
  • Great Time Management
  • Familiarity with CRMs practices (Hubspot, Zoho)
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota
  • Ability to understand objective and take the initiative
  • High degree of flexibility with the ability to work in a small, fast-paced environment
  • Self-Starter, Cooperative attitude; Team player
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Someone with knowledge of healthcare Industry HIPAA (Preferred)
