About the role
- Architect and develop Chakra end to end: agent design, conversation management, response evaluation, scoring methodology, and report generation
- Build systems that ensure interview consistency at scale
- Design evaluation and benchmarking pipelines to measure interview quality
- Build fine-tuning and RLHF workflows for model judgment
- Own the quality bar, defining what a good interview looks like
- Work across the full stack: data pipelines, model serving, and product experience
Requirements
- Built and shipped agentic or conversational AI systems in production
- Strong intuition for where LLM behavior breaks down under real-world conditions
- Think in systems, encompassing conversation architecture, evaluation model, and candidate experience
- Care about the quality bar at the user level, not just aggregate metrics
