About the role
- Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success
- Partner closely with GTM leaders, hiring in the context of quotas, territories, pipeline health, and revenue goals
- Build high-signal pipelines through proactive sourcing and an existing GTM network
- Balance speed and quality, with a strong focus on candidate experience, close rates, and hiring outcomes
- Operate as a true hiring partner, driving decisions rather than managing process
Requirements
- A senior recruiter with 7-8 years of experience hiring for go-to-market, revenue, or customer-facing roles in tech or SaaS
- Deeply familiar with modern GTM motions and metrics- from quota-carrying roles and pipeline health to renewals, expansion, and churn
- Confident hiring for complex, technical GTM roles
- Known for strong hiring judgment and the ability to assess GTM talent in a real business and revenue context
- A credible GTM storyteller, able to represent roles, teams, and growth narratives clearly to senior candidates
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-ownership environments with minimal process and high expectations.
- Experience recruiting for complex, technical SaaS or product-led companies
- A strong, active network of Solutions Engineers, CAMs and Sales Engineers
- Exposure to supporting fast-scaling or high-growth GTM teams
- Experience hiring across multiple GTM functions in parallel
- Comfort working closely with senior stakeholders in an on-site environment.
