Infrastructure Engineer

• Work with your team on various challenging projects and build the Infrastructure for our platform and the thousands of companies that trust HackerOne
• Seek leadership responsibilities, identify and spearhead new initiatives, and make systematic improvements to technical weaknesses across squads and shared codebases
• Build highly available, performant, and durable cloud architecture
• Work cross-functionally, earning buy-in from stakeholders across the organization with a service mentality
• Join a squad, onboard to engineering, learn technology stack (AWS, Terraform, Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, etc.) and participate in on-call rotations
• Lead meaningful projects and become more connected within the larger organization
• Understand business value of products and translate feature requests into simple but robust engineering solutions
• Contribute to positive team culture and support fellow Infrastructure Engineers
• Take ownership of personal growth and professional development
• Participate in an on-call rotation (one week every four weeks) serving as primary point of contact to ensure system reliability
