About the role

  • Define and lead long-term vision and multi-year strategy for Coupa’s cloud platform and developer experience
  • Act as strategic partner to SRE, DevOps, Security, and Engineering; influence architecture and investment decisions
  • Standardize engineering practices (CI/CD, observability, container orchestration, infrastructure automation)
  • Develop and track metrics including SLOs/SLIs to measure platform health and developer productivity
  • Mentor and develop product managers and technical leaders
  • Gather customer feedback, evangelize product vision, and drive roadmaps

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management with focus on technical, platform, and infrastructure products
  • Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, observability tools
  • Experience with enterprise security/compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP)
  • Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and senior leaders
  • Experience creating multi-year product roadmaps and strategies
  • Experience mapping end-to-end user journeys and improving developer experience
  • Strong technical foundation; former Staff/Principal Engineer, SRE, or Architect experience
  • Master’s in Computer Science or related field (mentioned)
