Dispatcher

• Serve as a key point of contact between customers, drivers, warehouse teams, and internal departments
• Coordinate freight movement, managing customer requests, tracking shipments
• Maintain communication with drivers while they are en route and provide support
• Monitor shipment status and provide accurate delivery information
• Process customer orders, provide pricing information, and assist with invoicing needs
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and resolutions
• Generate reports related to transportation activities, shipments, customer requests, and operational performance
• Manage transportation documents, shipping records, and related files
• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to support company operations
• Assist with emergency communication, driver support, and repair coordination when necessary
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, manufacturers, drivers, and internal teams.
