About the role

  • Receive and handle billing-related issues and queries from customers, primarily in a B2C environment
  • Investigate and resolve billing incidents by reviewing and analyzing data across multiple internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams by sharing incident details and requesting necessary actions
  • Track billing issues and incidents, following up as needed until full resolution is achieved
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage customer complaints with a polite, empathetic, and customer-focused approach

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support, billing, or customer service within an international environment
  • Strong written English skills, with the ability to clearly explain billing-related information
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and methodical approach to resolving billing inquiries and discrepancies
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused tone
  • Empathy and a customer-centric mindset when addressing billing questions or concerns
  • Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with finance, support, and operations teams
