About the role

  • Develop and execute the regional BD strategy aligned with company goals
  • Recruit, activate, and retain high-quality IBs across your territory
  • Collaborate with Country Heads and local BDs to ensure consistent IB support
  • Track KPIs such as IB conversion, trader activation, and regional revenue
  • Monitor regional competition and advise on market positioning
  • Use CRM and performance tools to manage pipeline and performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Forex business development
  • Strong IB network within your region
  • Solid understanding of regional market dynamics and FX regulation
  • Hands-on mindset with a data-driven and entrepreneurial approach
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
