• Customer Support & Consulting: You are the primary contact for existing customers on all matters relating to our Warehouse Management (WMS) software solutions and their integration into the customer’s IT and process landscape within our automated intralogistics systems.

• Customer consulting: First point of contact for customers regarding retrofit, modernization and upgrade projects — particularly in the areas of plant control and mechanical systems.
• Business development: Proactively approaching existing and new customers about modernization options and technical upgrades.
• Requirements gathering: Collecting, analyzing and documenting customer requirements, technical constraints and modernization potential.

• You act as the technical contact in sales, translate customer requirements into technical concepts, and work closely with the IT department, various sales teams, and IT implementation to create bespoke solutions.
• You prepare customized proposals that meet the individual needs of our customers and accompany the entire sales process through to contract closing.
• You conduct product presentations and demonstrations, both internally and externally at customer sites.
• You support the sales team in implementing IT projects and ensure smooth communication between the customer and the technical team.
