About the role

  • Design, creation, and review of workflows and automations
  • Onboarding and offboarding of internal users, and management of roles & permissions
  • Build and maintain a sustainable permission system in close coordination with operational teams
  • Provide internal HubSpot support for our teams and internal admins
  • Advise and empower employees to make optimal use of HubSpot (training/workshops)
  • Create and manage database properties, reports/dashboards, and communication channels

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
  • Solid database understanding (object-oriented & relational)
  • Experience planning and implementing small to medium-sized projects
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to deliver fast, sustainable solutions
  • Clear, empathetic communication with internal customers and stakeholders
  • Initiative: You identify optimization opportunities before others do
  • High attention to detail and reliability (especially with automations & data)
