About the role
- Record and document spare parts requirements directly at customer sites
- Install and fit spare parts, retrofits and upgrades on our machines
- Perform regular maintenance and mechanical overhauls to ensure equipment availability
- Analyze and resolve technical faults (troubleshooting)
- Assist customers with fault diagnosis
- Train and support customer operating and maintenance personnel in the safe and efficient use of the machines
Requirements
- Completed training as an Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician or equivalent
- Ideally further qualifications as a technician or master craftsman, or a completed degree
- Initial professional experience in mechanical engineering or maintenance
- Strong technical understanding
- Basic knowledge of mechanics and electronics
- Confident handling of technical drawings and documentation
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Communicative and service-oriented personality
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Good command of English
