About the role
- Lead the Human Relations Management team
- Provide support across the employee lifecycle
- Responsible for individual employment law matters within HR support
- Manage a team of eight employees (HR Business Partners and back office)
- Provide HR support for a business unit
- Drive optimization and digitalization of Human Relations Management
- Expand HR capabilities at international locations
- Shape and support strategic HR projects
Requirements
- Completed degree with a focus on labor/employment law
- Initial leadership experience in an HR environment
- Strategic understanding of Human Resources
- Good knowledge of employment and collective bargaining law
- Experience in global, intercultural collaboration, preferably on HR topics
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
