About the role
- Ensure IT service management in the Collaboration area
- Manage and monitor externally engaged service providers
- Identify, optimize, and implement IT processes in the Collaboration area
- Develop and define solution concepts in collaboration with external service providers
- Handle incidents and service requests
- Qualify new solutions within the area of responsibility
- Collaborate with IT Security, Corporate Governance, and international project teams
Requirements
- Vocational training as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science, or an equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in information technology, ideally in M365 Teams and Exchange Online as well as telephony or contact center solutions
- Strong communication skills

- Good German and English language skills, written and spoken
