- Identify, develop and close new business opportunities and communicate forecasting needs to the business
- Implement business pricing strategy based on business guidelines, expertly delivers price increases thereby enabling prices to stick
- Apply effective prospecting techniques, promptly establish connection with key contacts at new prospects with relevant messaging, and assess needs/interest
- Broad understanding of markets and industry, and frequently weaves knowledge into conversations with customers
- Optimize offer for the customer and H.B. Fuller by creatively using supply chain knowledge
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant sales experience; related industry and B2B experience
- Demonstrates behaviors from Sales Excellence training
- Bachelors or University Degree with a technical/mechanical, marketing, or chemistry background preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
