About the role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical electronics market
- Lead global growth strategies and work closely with OEMs and EMS partners
- Convert data-driven insights into growth plans and optimize resource allocation
- Allocate approximately 60% of time to customer opportunity development
- Deliver comprehensive adhesive solutions with emphasis on UV‑curable materials
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with OEMs and EMS providers
- Ensure regulatory compliance throughout product development and delivery
- Manage complex, global technical projects by coordinating cross‑functional teams
- Utilize Salesforce and pricing tools to manage pipeline and forecasting
Requirements
- 10+ years of business development experience in medical electronics or a related industry
- Demonstrated success in new business development and market expansion
- Proven expertise supporting medical device applications with UV‑curable adhesive solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in technical, mechanical, electronics, chemistry, or marketing discipline preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (travel percentage dependent on geographic scope and territory size)
