About the role

  • Proactively manage inventory, ensuring optimal inventory levels and raw materials for plants
  • Take ownership of Inventory (Raw Materials, Packaging, and WIP)
  • Establish and maintain inventory balances to meet production requirements while optimizing working capital
  • Conduct regular reviews of inventory levels to support target service levels
  • Identify and resolve materials management issues causing deviations from inventory and service level targets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely communication of demand changes
  • Initiate corrective actions for capacity and material supply chain issues
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders
  • Track key KPIs related to RM planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, management or similar
  • 5+ experience in a Supply Chain position
  • APICS certification preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Fully conversant ERP SC related transactions & reporting functions, preferably SAP
  • Demonstrable abilities in change management, leadership, and teamwork
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills within all levels of the organization
  • Able to withstand pressure
  • Excellent organization & time management skills
  • Ability to take ownership of a project & make timely informed decisions
