About the role

  • Relationship Management: Build and manage long-term relationships with partner organizations, focusing on key decision-makers.
  • Strategic Planning: Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with partners.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes and collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless connection of partner systems.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead contract renewals and renegotiations to improve partnership terms and operational support, focusing on better economic conditions and increased traffic for partners.
  • Value Analysis: Perform detailed analyses to demonstrate the Wellhub value proposition to partners, as well as analyze performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Internal Alignment: Collaborate with various internal areas (such as Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure that strategic objectives support partner success.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports on partner success metrics and project results.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or related areas.
  • A proven track record in managing strategic accounts is required.
  • Experience in the fitness/wellness industry is considered a plus.
  • Fluency in English & Spanish is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and GSuite.
  • Understanding of commercial negotiations and pricing strategies.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and Metabase is preferred.
  • Core Competencies: Communication skills, relationship building, strategic thinking, prioritization, negotiation, analytical profile, and stakeholder management.
