About the role

  • Onboarding Program Management: Oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle, from a new hire’s acceptance of an offer through their first months on the job. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by delivering relevant content, preparing materials, and handling logistical details.
  • Training Delivery and Quality Assurance: Lead and manage the daily execution of training sessions, ensuring all content and delivery meet established quality standards. Be accountable for the performance and effectiveness of knowledge transfer provided by your team.
  • Talent Development: Act as a dedicated leader and mentor for Training Analysts, focusing on their professional growth. Manage daily activities, coach on best practices, and support their long-term development plans.
  • CX Leadership Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact with CX leadership regarding new-hire initiatives. Work closely with internal and BPO stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of global onboarding programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison to Quality, Process, and other CX support teams to ensure onboarding content and training practices align with company standards and procedural updates.
  • Strategic Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present high-level reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership. Measure onboarding effectiveness by analyzing new-hire performance data, engagement metrics, and LMS feedback to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  • AI and Innovation Initiatives: Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies, including AI, to create more scalable, personalized, and efficient onboarding experiences.

Requirements

  • Collaborative mindset with at least two years of experience in training and a proven appreciation for team-oriented approaches to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Strong communicator, verbally and in writing, in Portuguese and English, with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex challenges and a solid understanding of adult learning methodologies.
  • Motivated self-starter comfortable working independently to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Practical experience in Customer Support and BPO environments, with frontline knowledge applied to training initiatives.
  • Proficient with Google Suite or Microsoft Office and eager to adopt new technologies, data analysis tools, and AI platforms.
