About the role
- Serve as the go-to teammate for people-related support, including onboarding, day-to-day queries, and employee growth guidance
- Maintain People systems (e.g., BambooHR) accurate, organised, and running seamlessly
- Support the People Team on projects, events, and culture-building initiatives
- Support global operations through administration, contract management, and compliance
- Coordinate recruitment drives and assist with recruitment-related activities
- Help design or support HR policy development
- Collaborate with a high-performing, agile People Team and report to the Head of HR Operations
- Take on ad-hoc challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Requirements
- Proactive and curious mindset; resourceful and takes initiative
- Excellent time management skills; able to prioritise and organise tasks to meet deadlines
- Outstanding people skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Diplomatic; able to navigate nuanced people-related situations with discretion and confidentiality

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail; service-focused, proactive problem-solving approach
- Comfortable with G-Suite; able to quickly learn new systems
- 2-3 years of experience in a support, admin, or coordination role (preferably HR, Operations, or Finance)
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Exposure to recruitment is a plus, but not essential
