Customer Success Manager

• Manage and develop existing customers to ensure they become and remain long-term clients and fully exploit the benefits of GUURU for their business.
• Ensure a successful onboarding of new customers in collaboration with our Onboarding Team and the responsible Sales Account Executive.
• Pilot and introduce new GUURU products and solutions with existing customers in cooperation with our Product Team.
• Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with operational contacts on the client side.
• Conduct business reviews with customer decision-makers together with our Head of Customer Success and/or CEO.
• Provide regular revenue forecasting per customer.
• Prepare and prioritize customer insights for product development.
• Actively exchange knowledge and share learnings with all teams at GUURU.

Senior Customer Success Manager

• Independently manage a portfolio of approximately 20 customers.
• Support and develop existing customers.
• Ensure successful onboarding of new customers.
• Test and roll out new GUURU products with existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers' operational stakeholders.
• Conduct business reviews with decision-makers.
• Regular revenue forecasting per customer.
• Prepare and prioritize customer insights for product development.
• Actively share knowledge and collaborate with all teams at GUURU.
