About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and develop existing customers to ensure they become and remain long-term clients
- Ensure successful onboarding of new customers in collaboration with our Onboarding Team and the responsible Sales Account Executive
- Pilot and roll out new GUURU products and solutions with existing customers in collaboration with our Product Team
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with operational stakeholders on the client side
- Conduct business reviews with customer decision-makers, together with our Head of Customer Success and/or CEO
- Provide regular revenue forecasts per customer
- Prepare and prioritize customer insights for product development
- Actively share knowledge and collaborate with all teams at GUURU
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in Customer Success and/or Key Account Management
- Experience in a SaaS company is a plus
- Comfortable working with numbers and common computer software
- University or college degree
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Native German and fluent English are a must; additional languages are a plus
