About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and develop existing customers to ensure they become and remain long-term clients
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new customers in collaboration with our Onboarding Team and the responsible Sales Account Executive
  • Pilot and roll out new GUURU products and solutions with existing customers in collaboration with our Product Team
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with operational stakeholders on the client side
  • Conduct business reviews with customer decision-makers, together with our Head of Customer Success and/or CEO
  • Provide regular revenue forecasts per customer
  • Prepare and prioritize customer insights for product development
  • Actively share knowledge and collaborate with all teams at GUURU

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in Customer Success and/or Key Account Management
  • Experience in a SaaS company is a plus
  • Comfortable working with numbers and common computer software
  • University or college degree
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Native German and fluent English are a must; additional languages are a plus
