About the role

  • Spearhead the development of a product & business aimed at unlocking value for existing Gusto customers as well as expanding Gusto’s customer base to new segments
  • Unlocking savings for SMBs through tax credits
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Ops and Data Science on all stages of the product development process
  • Run lean experiments and A/B tests to quickly prove out hypotheses and test new concepts.
  • Create a long-term vision and strategy that defines the big problems we can solve well with a durable competitive advantage

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on Product Management experience or 12+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proven track record of building 0 to 1 products
  • Strong product discovery skills and analytical skills
  • The intangibles: natural curiosity, grit, customer obsession, and attention to detail
  • The ability to tell a compelling story that drives alignment and inspires action
  • Strong collaboration skills; ability to quickly build trust quickly
  • A passion for helping small businesses.
