About the role

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP and PCAOB compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience building transaction reconciliation processes
  • Familiarity with payroll industry financial complexities
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
  • CPA, CFA, or CMA certification preferred.
