About the role
- Outbound prospecting to identify and engage high-value enterprise prospects.
- Schedule qualified meetings with senior decision-makers.
- Manage inbound leads within SLA timeframes for timely conversion into sales opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Gurobi’s offerings.
- Collaborate with Account Directors on strategy and share insights on prospect interactions.
- Update Salesforce CRM with accurate activity logs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in an SDR, BDR, or similar sales role, preferably with enterprise sales exposure.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Flexibility to work effectively across different global time zones.
- Experience working within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
