About the role

  • Responsible for deal strategy in collaboration with Sales.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor for Solution Consultants.
  • Initiate and lead key initiatives.
  • Lead and execute strategic customer engagements.
  • Advise and support other Solution Consultants and Solution Engineers on complex matters.
  • Promote a culture of openness, trust, and continuous improvement within the Solution Consulting community.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in the German insurance market, ideally with exposure to complex transformation or enterprise software initiatives, preferably within an insurer.
  • Proven track record in pre-sales / solution consulting for complex B2B software solutions.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required (typically up to 50–60%).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into solution strategies, configurations, and compelling narratives for business and technical stakeholders.
  • Combination of strong technical understanding and a consultative, business-focused communication style.
