Product Manager

• Lead Guidewheel’s reporting and analytics capabilities to make factory data accessible, intuitive, and action-oriented.
• Define product direction and team strategy aligned to Guidewheel’s overall product vision.
• Own team charter, set OKRs, track progress, and hold team accountable to outcomes.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to set an iterative, high-velocity roadmap and allocate resources with 'metered funding'.
• Drive execution and ship experiences that empower users and drive measurable results.
• Deeply engage with end users (operations leaders, plant managers, supervisors, process engineers) through on-site visits.
• Travel approximately 20% to visit and understand customers’ manufacturing challenges.
• Evolve role responsibilities as company grows to focus on high-impact work.
