Solutions Engineer

• Lead technical discovery and define the customer’s desired future-state solution.
• Deliver product demos that highlight functionality, integration, and business impact.
• Collaborate with AEs to build compelling win themes and value narratives.
• Qualify or disqualify opportunities based on technical fit and enable AEs to run effective demos.
• Design comprehensive solutions based on the customer’s “as-is” and “to-be” environments.
• Define integration scope, hardware requirements, and technical feasibility.
• Develop repeatable frameworks and documentation for solution design.
• Align cross-functional teams (AEs, TAMs, Product) on architecture and implementation approach.
• Approve and guide on-site demos and trials, ensuring readiness and measurable success criteria.
• Lead or support trial installations, data reviews, and final outcome presentations.
• Manage hardware logistics and coordinate setup, shipment, and customer requirements.
• Drive SOW creation, ensuring technical accuracy, alignment, and readiness for implementation.

Product Manager

• Be an expert on our end users—operations leaders, plant managers, supervisors, and process engineers—and how they drive performance on the factory floor. You’ll be deeply immersed in the world of manufacturing and bring a sharp product mind to its challenges.
• Set product direction in close alignment with the needs of the factory floor. You’ll define the team’s strategy and ensure it ladders up to Guidewheel’s overall product vision.
• Own your team’s charter, goals, and delivery. You’ll define OKRs, track progress, and hold the team accountable to outcomes.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to set an iterative, high-velocity roadmap, using “metered funding” to double down where momentum builds.
• Drive execution with urgency, building and shipping experiences that empower our users and drive measurable results.

Staff Product Manager

• Lead Guidewheel’s reporting and analytics capabilities to make factory data accessible, intuitive, and action-oriented.
• Define product direction and team strategy aligned to Guidewheel’s overall product vision.
• Own team charter, set OKRs, track progress, and hold team accountable to outcomes.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to set an iterative, high-velocity roadmap and allocate resources with 'metered funding'.
• Drive execution and ship experiences that empower users and drive measurable results.
• Deeply engage with end users (operations leaders, plant managers, supervisors, process engineers) through on-site visits.
• Travel approximately 20% to visit and understand customers’ manufacturing challenges.
• Evolve role responsibilities as company grows to focus on high-impact work.
