About the role

  • Ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the management team to proactively identify present and future hiring needs
  • Identify and utilize relevant job advertising and recruitment platforms.
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for assigned region(s).
  • Source and attract candidates.
  • Interview and filter candidates for open clinical positions.
  • Schedule interviews for all stages of the interview process.
  • Maintain candidate status reporting.
  • Verify candidate licensing.
  • Compose and send Letter of Intent to candidates who accept verbal offer from hiring manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Human Resources preferred.
  • 2-5 years’ experience as an in-house healthcare recruiter required.
  • Experience effectively utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems to manage recruitment process
  • Experience in social media and web-based recruitment
  • Successfully pass pre-employment background testing, including motor vehicle record review and drug screening
