About the role
- Drive the design, development, and delivery of AI and data solutions that create measurable business outcomes
- Serve as the bridge between high-level stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment, execution, and impact
- Manage the full product lifecycle, overseeing agile processes, and guiding the development team in building innovative, scalable solutions
- Own and deliver the product vision and roadmap for AI & Data initiatives, ensuring alignment with client and firm strategy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level clients, executives, and external partners
- Gather and document business requirements, translate them into user stories, and manage the development team in an agile environment
- Implement processes determined by PMO while ensuring agile best practices are followed across the product lifecycle
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog; ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Act as Scrum Master: facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and enable high-performing development teams
- Define and track product metrics, ensuring measurable business outcomes and continuous improvement
- Lead stakeholder communication and alignment, balancing client needs with technical feasibility
- Conduct market and data analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction
- Support project planning, budget tracking, and delivery oversight
Requirements
- Minimum of EIGHT (8) years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles
- Demonstrated success leading AI and/or data-driven product development
- Proven ability to manage development teams in an agile environment
- Strong background in stakeholder and executive-level client management
- Experience defining, collecting, and analyzing product and business success metrics
- Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
