About the role
- Lead SharePoint Online administration and enterprise governance strategy across the Microsoft 365 tenant
- Drive Microsoft Power Platform implementations through discovery, architecture, build, testing, deployment, and governance alignment
- Conduct current-state assessments and develop structured governance frameworks, operating models, and modernization roadmaps
- Design enterprise information architecture, taxonomy, metadata strategy, site hierarchy, and role-based access models
- Establish and enforce governance standards including site provisioning, lifecycle management, retention policies, compliance controls, and security administration
- Implement and manage the Power Platform Center of Excellence CoE framework
- Serve as Microsoft 365 and Power Platform SME for architecture, configuration, and security management
- Develop governance documentation, administrative procedures, and knowledge transfer materials
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and executive briefings
- Support production environments and resolve governance or administrative issues
- Participate in Agile or Hybrid-Agile ceremonies and provide status reporting
Requirements
- Minimum of FIVE (5) years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree 4-year degree required
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, commuting to the client site 2 to 3 days per week
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- US Citizenship is contractually required
- Strong experience in SaaS and PaaS environments, particularly Microsoft 365
- Demonstrated expertise in SharePoint Online administration, permissions models, governance frameworks, and lifecycle controls
- Knowledge of technical requirements development, documentation, and testing practices
- Core technical skills include SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse CDS, SQL, .NET, and C#
- Strong understanding of Power Platform CoE and governance components
- Ability to communicate technical and governance concepts clearly to executive and non-technical audiences.
