Lead Workday deployments as the Delivery Director overseeing all delivery efforts and activities.
Be responsible for advising clients on cloud computing systems and other available service-based technologies.
Review, plan, and provide assistance to clients in end-to-end customer relationship management and human capital system implementation activities.
Create, review, and advise on digital roadmaps from conception to post-implementation assessment.
Plan, develop, and implement work processes and methodologies to support deployment.
Have expert level knowledge and skills within a specific job area and robust understanding of the impact of work on other practices across the organization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree OR a MINIMUM of TWELVE (12) years delivering Workday projects
Expertise in theories, concepts, and principles to drive results for the consulting practice
Exhibits robust knowledge of project management
Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office, consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed.
