Install, configure, and upgrade Windows Server operating systems and software.
Monitor server performance (CPU, memory, disk usage) and perform regular maintenance to ensure stability.
Manage user accounts in Active Directory, permissions, group policies (GPO), and implement security protocols to protect against threats.
Ensure data integrity by scheduling, monitoring, and testing system backups.
Apply security patches, updates, and service packs to servers.
Troubleshoot and analyze and resolve server-related hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and inventory.

Requirements

Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card holder.
A bachelor's degree or Four (4) additional years of experience is needed in lieu of degree.
Minimum of Four(4) Years of System Administration experience needed.
Proficient in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
Scripting experience with Powershell for automation is highly desirable.
Networking-Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN configurations, and firewall management.
