💰 $113,000 - $188,000 per year

About the role

  • During your full-time assignment, you will be given the opportunity to support and lead projects to address some of the most significant project challenges facing federal healthcare clients.
  • The nature of our projects is extremely fluid and requires self-motivated individuals that are willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals.
  • Managing Consultants regularly interact with our clients' senior management teams.
  • They demonstrate technical competence, and engage in business development activities, client service delivery and people management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years (9 years w/o degree) of professional experience supporting & managing budget and acquisition functions for a federal agency.
  • Ability to work independently but with oversight from management.
  • Prior experience managing projects and project teams and ability to take ownership of workstreams and/or analytics and supervising, coaching or mentoring others in daily tasks is required.
  • Experience supporting Federal Business Development.
  • Experience executing and overseeing data collection, research, and information finding
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint) to analyze data and to guide client and team decision-making
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools to support efficient delivery
  • Experience advising Sr. Executives (will be verified during the process)
  • Experience capturing stakeholder requirements, conducting process mapping, developing potential solutions, and presenting recommended courses of action for stakeholder decisions
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (i.e. US citizenship required)
