About the role
- Utilize software to organize, analyze, and present human resources data
- Research policies, procedures, or other operations that require evaluation
- Analyze data to present human resource recommendations in areas such as employee development, assessment, and promotion
- Assists with implementing surveys and assessments of workforce development and promotion programs
- Assists in the planning and execution of testing/assessment centers
- Ensure the integrity, security, and fairness of testing/assessment processes
Requirements
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
- Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree
- SIX (6) or more years of experience supporting Human Resources
- Experience with data analysis
