About the role

  • Review each patient account to identify corrective opportunities before bad debt
  • Confirm applicable insurance coverage or contact the Patient for further information
  • Take appropriate action and note the account if corrective action is required
  • Utilize IDX and HealthQuest software daily
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • 0-2 years of prior relevant experience; some roles may require vocational or technical education
  • Accounting, insurance and adjustment knowledge
  • IDX Software experience
  • HealthQuest Software experience or similar billing system
  • Ability to exhibit flexibility and cope effectively in an ever-changing, fast paced environment.
