About the role
- Provide ongoing team-level support to the SLG/GMS BOSC Operations Support Specialist team
- Analyze available information, recognize fraud indicators, conduct due diligence utilizing a variety of publicly available resources and proprietary search engines, and document conclusions with documentation of the facts presented.
- Facilitate biweekly BOSC team meetings, sourcing priority agenda topics from each market as well as sharing updates related to BOSC team national priorities, ADMT work, and SLG-wide developments.
- Coordinate the work of the offshore Advanced Data Management Team (ADMT), with a focus on improving working processes and documentation to leverage lessons learned for future efforts.
- Liaise with SLG leadership to set and manage national operational priorities impacting all geographic markets.
- Identify patterns in opportunities and challenges across SLG markets, and brainstorm effective solutions with BOSC leadership and team members.
- Lead the charge on market and national-level pitches for new work for the BOSC team and ADMT.
- Serve as the main BOSC point of contact for Guidehouse Operations teams including Project Finance, Legal, and IT.
- Serve as backup relationship lead for SLG’s work with the ADMT team.
- Contribute to presentations and support with facilitation for the BOSC Steering Committee.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-10+ years of prior relevant experience or an associate’s degree and a minimum of 10–12+ years relevant experience
- Relevant experience comes from a healthcare provider, central office environment, or revenue cycle outsourcing company.
- Prior relevant experience working in a program support/management, operations/administrative support related role.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, with a focus on Power Point and Excel.
- Written communication and meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to synthesize large, sometimes disparate sets of data to find patterns to inform team’s work.
- Relationship management and collaboration with stakeholders from varied cultural, linguistic, and work backgrounds.
