About the role

  • Design, build, and iterate on AI/ML solutions that support enterprise workflows and operational intelligence
  • Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns and prompt engineering strategies
  • Work with open-source LLMs and emerging AI tooling to deliver practical, production-ready solutions
  • Evaluate and apply AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to improve development efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with mobile and backend teams to integrate AI capabilities into iOS, Android, and backend services
  • Contribute to AI-enabled initiatives across geolocation, compliance, automation, and workforce-related workflows
  • Support backend services built with .NET, Node.js, Python, and TypeScript, integrating with SQL Server and Oracle databases
  • Ensure AI solutions align with enterprise security, scalability, and maintainability requirements
  • Partner closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Operate effectively across multiple workstreams with shifting priorities
  • Contribute to iterative delivery with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and outcomes
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, building trust through execution

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments
  • Hands-on experience with RAG implementations and prompt engineering
  • Experience working with open-source LLMs and modern AI development practices
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Copilot
  • Strong backend engineering experience using Python and/or TypeScript, with exposure to .NET or Node.js
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into complex, enterprise-scale systems
  • Comfortable working within modern delivery toolchains (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Confluence)
  • Strong understanding of scalable system design and data-driven application development
