About the role

  • Develop outbound prospecting strategies to generate new leads in the Rent-a-Car, Leasing and Mobility industries;
  • Identify, qualify and convert business opportunities, managing the sales process in a structured, results-oriented manner;
  • Manage the entire end-to-end sales cycle: from opportunity identification through to contract closing;
  • Map stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations;
  • Build clear, differentiated value propositions for each opportunity;
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to maximize conversion rates;
  • Work collaboratively with product and technology teams to align market needs with the evolution of the solution.

Requirements

  • 3 years of professional experience in outbound B2B Mid-Market sales;
  • Autonomous profile with a strong sense of responsibility in managing multiple business opportunities simultaneously;
  • Willingness to learn the business from the ground up and proactivity to suggest and present new ideas;
  • Relationship-oriented, with an interest in collaborating on international projects and across different teams;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spanish or French are a plus);
  • Prior experience required in SaaS, Technology, Software, the Rent-a-Car industry or Mobility.
