About the role

  • Management and development of B2B clients (Tier II/III);
  • Consultative relationship management and close client support;
  • Identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
  • Coordination with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations);
  • Commercial negotiation and contract renewals;
  • Monitoring metrics and account growth.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in account management roles within a B2B mid-market context;
  • Experience in technology / SaaS (required);
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Autonomous, results-oriented profile;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish/French are a plus);
  • Experience in Rent-a-Car / Mobility is a plus.
