About the role
- Management and development of B2B clients (Tier II/III);
- Consultative relationship management and close client support;
- Identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
- Coordination with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations);
- Commercial negotiation and contract renewals;
- Monitoring metrics and account growth.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in account management roles within a B2B mid-market context;
- Experience in technology / SaaS (required);
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
- Autonomous, results-oriented profile;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish/French are a plus);
- Experience in Rent-a-Car / Mobility is a plus.
